Okay, this one needs a little explaining.  Stinky's puppet had attacked Nanda with the intent of cutting off her legs and using them for his own.  The attack was stopped by Corgan who cut the puppet in two.  Stinky picks up his puppet and shoves it back on his hand.  Thus this strip.
